easyessentials collects personal information such as your name, email address, phone number and mailing address when you place an order or register for a service offered by easyessentials. easyessentials uses the information collected to process and fulfill your order. Additionally your email address may be collected at various points within the site (including when you place an order) so that we can send you necessary information such as order or shipping information. Payment information, such as credit card numbers, is not stored or processed by easyessentials, but by pay.nl, a certified payment service provider employed by us. If you place an order with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, billing and shipping address so that we can process and fulfill your order. Your telephone number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and inform you of your order status. By signing up for our newsletter, registering an account or placing an order you consent to the collection of your personal data.
The personal information you forward to easyessentials will only be used to fulfill orders, keep you up to date and assure you the best service. easyessentials will not allow third parties to see or use your personal details without your prior consent. You have the right to view your personal details upon request. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted. If you wish to end your subscription to our newsletter, please click “unsubscribe” in the email footer or send an email to email@example.com.

general terms and conditions
All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order and reserve the right not to deliver for any reason without any liability to you. Examples of when we may not accept your order include, but are not limited to, incorrect stock level shown on site at the time of receiving the order or if we are unable to authorize your payment.
Once we have received your order you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order and not an acceptance of your order. Once the order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. easyessentials does not guarantee that all items included on the site are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable you will be contacted shortly. easyessentials cannot guarantee that the content on the page is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date and easyessentials may at any time amend the content of the site. easyessentials holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales and will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of easyessentials products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police and easyessentials reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
easyessentials has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible but we reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on color settings of your computer and monitor.
Prices on the site are in EUR. For customers visiting the site from countries with other local currencies than the ones offered, an estimated conversion to the local currency based on the current exchange rate may be displayed. Unless your local currency is supported, you will be billed in EUR and the final price charged to your account, debit card or credit card will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction and according to their rates. easyessentials has no control over these rates and do not take responsibility for any potential exchange rate differences or exchange fees levied by your bank.
Prices do not include delivery charges. All prices shown on the site include VAT. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. easyessentials has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information we suggest you contact your local customs office before placing your order.
easyessentials may vary the prices of Products listed on the site at any time and without any notice but such changes will not apply to Products in respect of which you have been sent a Dispatch Confirmation. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop easyessentials will give you the option to place a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. easyessentials however reserves the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by e-mail. We are under no obligation to provide goods to you at an incorrect lower price, even once we have sent a Dispatch Confirmation to you, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have been recognised by you as an error.
Gift cards are available only in selected countries. Gift cards can only be used for payment of orders made in the same currency as the gift card is purchased in. Gift cards do not expire and cannot be returned or refunded. Purchases made using gift cards as payment method can be exchanged according to the exchange rules of the country to which the order is delivered. Any refunds on purchases made with gift cards are made to the gift card code as store credit, usable only at easyessentials. In case the gift card does not cover the entire order value, the differences is payable by credit card. Any such difference can be refunded to the credit card in case of a return of the order. No refunds of any amount paid using a gift card are refundable in cash or to a credit card.
We offer safe payment provided by pay.nl, a certified payment provider. Payment methods offered globally are credit and debit card. In certain countries invoice payment after delivery and other local payment methods may be available, also provided by pay.nl. Payments are not debited until the order has been dispatched. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, the name of the cardholder, its period of validity and the CVC code. Other payment methods may require birth date, personal ID numbers or bank account number. We do not store any credit card information or such sensitive information solely necessary for payment and all information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. Extra charges from pay.nl depending on payment method may apply but will be clearly stated in checkout. Charges by pay.nl for late payments may apply. In the event no payment has been received after submitting your order easyessentials may automatically cancel your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card, bank information or other personal information that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of such credit/debit card, bank or personal information.
easyessentials ships worldwide. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We require a physical street address and signature upon delivery. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. You can specify an alternative address, e.g. your office, as shipping address for daytime delivery.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order. At any time, you can check the status of your package using the link in the shipping notification. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
easyessentials insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders outside The Netherlands require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by easyessentials. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, customs clearance processes, faulty delivery information or any other unforeseen activities. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs (such as taxes or import duties) that may be due when packages reach the country of destination.
We occasionally offer free deliveries on all orders, which will be clearly stated on our website. Please note that campaign for free deliveries will be activated on your order in the checkout.
returns and exchanges
If the product is damaged or does not correspond with how the product was presented on the site you have the right to enter a claim. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you discover the fault. We will first try to see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault. If this is not possible then we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs.
intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the site and in the material published on it are owned by or licensed to easyessentials and its affiliates. You are authorized to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of easyessentials. You may not modify the material in anyway, without the prior written permission of the copyright owner.
The easyessentials website may include user generated content, e.g. from social media applications. easyessentials does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos, videos, etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise are offended by such content, please contact our customer service.
easyessentials reserves the right to terminate your account and/or use of the site at its sole discretion. For example if easyessentials suspects that you have in any way breached the Terms and Conditions. Such termination can be made without prior notice.
easyessentials responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. easyessentials bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. Where easyessentials acts as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. easyessentials cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using, or not being able to use, the site. easyessentials cannot guarantee a problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site. The site may contain links to other website beyond our reach. We cannot be held liable for content or privacy policies of such sites.
We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you. Under such circumstances, easyessentials will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
